No, we unfortunately do not offer price adjustments.

Product prices are never included on the packing slip included with orders, so gift away! If you’d like to include a message, click “Add a Gift Message” in your shopping bag before checking out. We do not offer gift-wrapping at this time.

Yes, you can add a gift message to your order! You can access the gift message field before heading to checkout, by clicking on "Cart." At the bottom of your cart, below the "CHECKOUT" button, is a note that says "Buying as a Gift? Add a Gift Message." You can add your message here. Note that gift messages cannot be added to orders after they are placed.

Yes, we still carry frozen items from brands such as Green Juju, Small Batch, Bones&Co., Primal Pets, Ubae.co. and more at our ROWDTLA location. We unfortunately cannot ship these items at this time but plan to in the future. If you would like to order frozen items online for free local pick up in store, send us an email to dogs@prettygoodboy.com and we will be happy to get an order placed for you.

After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

Your order will dispatch within 2 business days and within 1 business day for express orders. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

Our shipping partners do not operate on weekends. If you have received a shipment confirmation over the weekend, your order will be picked up by the end of the next business day.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

  • For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

  • Pretty Good Boy is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages.

Yes! We offer free local pickups for customers who live in the Los Angeles area. If interested in picking up at our ROWDTLA shop, choose local pickup at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We’re happy to offer returns on full priced items purchased on prettygoodboy.com that are in an unused condition, within 15 days of purchase. Dog apparel (including collars, leashes, clothing, bandana, bows, etc.) must be in unworn, unused condition with tags attached. Dog treats and chews must be unopened. We unfortunately cannot offer a refund it your dog does not like his/her treats, chews or food. We also cannot offer a refund if your dog destroys its toy. =)

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Items purchased on Instagram or Facebook are only eligible for store credit, not a refund.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us, as well as any shipping costs associated with the return. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges from purchases made on prettygoodboy.com in store.

Please note our store location only accepts exchanges and store credit for items purchased in store.

If you would like to exchange an item, send us an email at dogs@prettygoodboy.com and let us know the item you wish to exchange and what you would like to exchange it for. If the new item is the same price, all set. If the new item/s are more expensive, we will adjust your order and send you an invoice. If the new item/s are less expensive, we can refund your form of payment or email you store credit. Customer pays for return shipping fees for all exchanges and Pretty Good Boy will cover shipping the new item/s to the customer.

You can also receive store credit for your original item and place a new order on prettygoodboy.com. You can also visit anystore locationto make exchanges. If an item is in stock on our website, it is most likely available in store.

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Items purchased during a sitewide sale that are not otherwise part of the sale collection are eligible to be returned/exchanged.

Once your return is delivered it takes our warehouse up to 6 business days to process and check in your return. Once this has been completed, we will then issue you a refund. If you have not received your refund within 6 business days of your return delivering, then please contact us at dogs@prettygoodboy.com.

Yes, our Los Angeles based store can process online order returns. Please be sure to bring your e-mailed order confirmation with you (digital copy is fine!). Kindly note all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. See more information about our stores here.

To initiate a gift return or gift exchange, you will need to provide us with the order number and shipping zip code, both of which can be found on the packing slip from the original order.
