We’re not a dog food store, but we keep a small stash in the shop for emergencies. Ran out, can’t get to your usual spot, dog staring at you? We’ve got a little air dried and raw food, plus frozen toppers, goat milk and supplements in the freezer. All of it is in store or pickup only, since frozen things don’t love the mail. That’s why you won’t find it online.

Want something set aside? Email dogs@prettygoodboy.com and we’ll stash it for pickup with your name on it.

Yes! Cats get their own section of the shop. Think wool toys from Ware of the Dog and MODERNBEAST, cat toys from The Foggy Dog and Lambwolf Collective, and wands and tunnels from Wild One. We’re expanding our cat section, because cats are just as important as dogs. (Please don’t tell Mizu.) Shop it all in our Cats collection.

We’re picky. Very picky. Mizu reads every label out loud (slowly), and only the good stuff makes our shelf. The full rundown is coming soon on our Pretty Good Standard page.

Grab a soft measuring tape and measure where the gear actually sits: around the neck for collars, around the widest part of the chest for harnesses. Then match it to the size chart on the product page.

Between sizes or stuck? Email dogs@prettygoodboy.com with your measurements and your dog’s breed and weight, and we’ll help. Unworn gear with tags attached can be exchanged within 15 days.

We love a label nerd. Full ingredients are on every product page, so read away. Still not sure? Email dogs@prettygoodboy.com with what your dog can’t have, and we’ll point you to options. For real allergies or medical stuff, your vet is the boss.

Heads up: treats and chews can only be returned unopened, so ask us first.

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $125. We check the total after discount codes are applied. Free shipping uses our free ground option and is for US orders only.

Orders leave within 2 business days, or within 1 business day for express. Transit times don’t count weekends or holidays.

Our carriers don’t pick up on weekends, so if your shipping confirmation lands on a Saturday or Sunday, your box heads out by the end of the next business day. We don’t ship on weekends or on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas.

You’ll get an order confirmation email right away. Your tracking number comes in a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Give it at least 12 hours to update before checking in on your shipment status.

• Start with the carrier. It’s the fastest fix. Sometimes they mark a box “delivered” a little early, or need more info from you to finish the job.
• Still missing? Email dogs@prettygoodboy.com and we’ll sniff it out.
• Pretty Good Boy isn’t responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages.
• Heads up, sometimes USPS doesn’t scan a package at the local post office, so the first scan happens at the Los Angeles distribution center. If your tracking looks quiet, give it until later that day or the next day.

We do! Pretty good dogs live everywhere. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, so you’ll see the exact cost before you pay. Heads up: free shipping over $125 is for US orders only.

Yes! Local pickup is free for anyone in the Los Angeles area. Choose local pickup at checkout and grab your order at our ROWDTLA shop.

Fast. Usually within an hour, often sooner. We get to your order as soon as we see it, and we’ll text or email you (whichever you gave us at checkout) the moment it’s bagged and ready. Then swing by any day between 11am and 6pm (closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day).

Please do. This is a dog’s store. All dogs are welcome, leashes on please. There’s water outside in our big green bowl with legs (very fancy), three treats open on the tasting bar, and beds and mats to flop on before your human commits.

We’re the good dogs in ROWDTLA, Building M1, Suite 144 (1318 E 7th St, Los Angeles, CA 90021). There’s a parking garage at 777 S Alameda St. From there, head for Building M1, walk toward the large tree, then turn right. Look for the dog sign at dog eye level. Aya missed it once. She was chasing a leaf.

Every day, 11am to 6pm, except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, when we’re home in our pajamas. Pickup hours are the same.

Three treats are always open, and your dog is officially invited to taste. All three are treats we carry in the shop, so your dog can taste before you buy. What’s on it? That’s the fun part. We rotate whenever we feel like it: sometimes one treat changes, sometimes all three. No schedule, no spoilers, just surprises. Want to peek before you come in? Walk in with your dog. We snap an Instax, write their name in Sharpie and tape it to the wall. Ten seconds, one treat, eternal fame. The wall isn’t for sale, but every dog who’s been in is up there.

• We’re happy to take returns on full price items bought on prettygoodboy.com that are unused and within 15 days of purchase.
• Dog apparel (collars, leashes, clothing, bandanas, bows and so on) must be unworn and unused, with tags attached.
• Treats and chews must be unopened.
• We can’t offer a refund if your dog doesn’t like their treats, chews or food, or if they destroy their toy. (Honestly, that’s a compliment to the toy.)
• Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
• Items bought on Instagram or Facebook get store credit, not a refund.
• You cover return shipping and any costs that come with it.

Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. Bought something during a sitewide sale that isn’t part of the sale collection? That one can still be returned or exchanged.

Yes, and they’re huge. Our holiday events take over the parking spaces right outside the shop, with up to 20 vendors (often lots of local ones), and we’ve teamed up with tons of dog brands along the way.
